For reCAPTCHA:

1. Create reCAPTCHA account
2. Login into reCAPTCHA
3. Add domain to be protected... er... ¿do we really need this?

How does it work

• included in final html
  • dynamic.php = html+css+js
  • notify.css -> dynamic_css.php = static or configurable (dynamic colors, ...)
  • notify.inc -> dynamic_inc.php = configurable (html / html+css+js)
  • notify.inc.js -> dynamic_inc_js.php = dynamic_inc.php in document.write statements
