One of the major challenges faced by every website, is to adapt itself in order to provide a better user experience. But even the most detailed inspection by usability experts may leave some issues unresolved. Or maybe you don't want to devote the resources needed for a thorough inspection.

Bugger allows users to send you valuable feedback about problems they find on your websites, the moment they find them. No need to search for a "contact form" nor, even worse, a "contact email" which users would need to copy and paste into some mailing software. When a user encounters any kind of trouble, a contact form is just one click away.

You may even decide to show the form automatically when you detect the user may be unable to complete some task on your website, so you may receive detailed feedback on any possible problems.

In future releases I plan to implement a realtime chatting solution, so that if you have staff actually online, they may be able to help your users right away.
